То есть, блять, они не могут удаленно ответить на самый наипростейший вопрос - а именно, почему мне недоступны бронзовые планы. То есть я должен звонить, требовать переводчика, распедаливать вопрос и выслушивать ответ, попутно стараясь его как-то зафиксировать. Пиздец.
