Да и со 100% российскими таких случаев хватает. Срок хранения ТПК - 10 лет. Дальше его надо утилизировать. Вот и утилизируют... пуском. А оно не всегда лететь хочет. Как из-за возраста, так и из-за местами рукожопой сборки.
